This world-class hotel opened in 1888 and was in the process of a $55-million restoration project when International Restaurant Supply proudly provided all new US Range and Garland cooking equipment in their newly remodeled kitchens. We have also supported the Hotel Del Coronado with their foodservice parts and supply needs for many years.

When a new dish machine was needed, International Restaurant Supply was there to make sure that a brand new Stero Flight Dish Machine was installed with minimum interruption to the kitchen staff. Shortly thereafter, we swiftly replaced all of their aging guest floor ice machines with brand new Manitowoc Ice Machines and Dispensers. They also turn to International Restaurant Supply for their foodservice parts and supply needs.

This hotel was ranked Best Hotel in North America by Travel & Leisure magazine. Over the years International Restaurant Supply has remodeled several kitchens on this prized ocean front property and has installed everything from new Garland Cooking Lines, to Delfield Refrigeration Units, to Manitowoc Ice Machines and Cleveland Steam Equipment. When Custom Stainless Steel Fabrication was needed again IRS answered the call with all new Custom Chef's Counters, Tables, and Shelves.

The kitchen here posed a real challenge for the International Restaurant Supply team. It was extremely tight on space, very inefficient, and ill equipped to handle the heavy load it was faced with daily. By the time International Restaurant Supply finished redesigning this cooking area it was transformed into a very functional and workable space, and what had been impossible with the previous design, managed to add a much needed Cleveland Steamer to the line-up. With all new Jade Cooking equipment, enhanced Ventilation Systems, and all new Custom Refrigerated Bases, the kitchen staff is now better equipped to handle the heavy load of banquets, weddings, casual and formal diners to this beautiful ocean front hotel.
